Charming property rich in character with clean, well-decorated rooms. Friendly staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing great advice for sightseeing and local tours. Ideal location with easy access to nearby plaza and attractions. Complimentary afternoon tea with snacks was a nice touch. Enjoyable stay overall.

The staff were friendly and available 24/7, always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was very good. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions.

The wardrobe in the room was poorly placed, making it impossible to open the drawers. The shower door was faulty and leaked water when opened.

The venue is interesting, neat and the location is ideal so close to a historical district where car traffic is restricted, Granada and the city center. Every staff member is exceptional and strives to meet your needs. Albaicin is a district that deserves exploring.

I loved the fine decor and original design of the hotel, as well as the amazing central courtyard which was ideal to relax in. The staff were fantastic - very attentive and pleasant. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center of this bustling city, making it easy to walk to all the main tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a great location in a charming neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and shops. It's great for those who want to explore the city or participate in other activities as it is situated in the old town. the rooms are beautifully furnished and offer all the modern comforts including high-spec bathrooms and fantastic views. The staff is exceptional and guests can enjoy free afternoon tea and local cakes in the lovely courtyard.

The hotel is a bit pricey, but once you are there, the value for money seems reasonable for what you get.

We had a perfect view of the Alhambra from our room, just like the one my sister had, with comfortable beds and great afternoon tea. Despite the noise from the hotel generator in our first room, we were quickly moved to a quiet and equally nice alternative. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful historical hotel.
